- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Khetarpal was wonderful and the wait time was not bad. I spent perhaps an hour to an hour and a half there, (which is pretty average for doctor visits). Very satisfied with the Doctor's assistant and the employees. Only bad thing was the parking, but not enough to make me stay away (it's understandable because of the Hospital). Other than that, I had a horrible ear infection that progressed in 3 days and after seeing an MD I decided to see a specialist (MD had prescribed antibiotic that was not working) and I am so grateful I did. I started feeling better that same hour! (Pain was an 8 and went down to a 1). I was happy the doctor knew exactly what to do. The office is small and efficient. Thank you Dr. Khetarpal! I was also a walk in, and the wait time still wasn't too bad. I have GEHA, which they accept, FYI. I had to write a review on what a wonderful experience I had.
