  These people lied to my grandmother telling her something went wrong on her exams for her surgery, we go to the front desk and they just told her that everything was good but her surgery the next day was cancelled because they forgot to place her implant order for her surgery.

  I went in for an eye exam. I placed this appointment 2 months in advance, gave the person who called me back all of my insurance information. I arrived and was notified that the doctor seeing patients that day did not take my eye insurance. I went ahead and gave them my regular health insurance information. What was I to do? Cancel my appointment, re-schedule? This mistake could have been avoided. I don't get how employees are quick to take down ones insurance information and can't be used. I paid 70.00 dollars instead of 35.00! For the most part, patients usually complain about the staff. The staff was polite and courteous. My complaint is about Dr. Larson, I went to get my eye exam. He spent all TWO MINUTES checking my eyes and 20 MINUTES praising Donald Trump. Im a client, I went to get a service. I DID NOT go to receive an ear-full of politics. I made a comment stating that politics was a sensitive subject, his assistant even laughed at it (nicely). What did Dr. Larson do? He kept right on. Thanks to Dr. Larson, I now know that he is willing to bet $1,000.00 bucks on Trump being in office for the next 8 years, yada, yada, yada. With that said, I WILL NEVER GO BACK to the Eye Experts.
